How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity or choose from various grind sizes tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor oils.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the weight of the order.
