At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we want you to love every sip, but because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with your brewing equipment, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Details
For quality concerns or damaged goods, please include photos of the packaging and the roast date printed on the bag for our quality control team.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for equipment or a resolution plan for coffee quality issues.
- 4.Processing & Refund
After we receive your returned equipment or approve your coffee credit, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
